TEAM MEMBERS REQUIRED URGENTLY FOR AREA 1 TEAM SHOW JUMPING
Area 1 Team Showjumping 15th June 2008 - Novice, Intermediate, Open and Equitation Jumping. Team members required for any level, we usually send a Novice team so that will be the team we are looking to fill first.

Please contact Laura on 07738619475 if you are interested. Team entry must be sent by next week so please let me know ASAP. Passports must be available to be photocopied and sent with the entry form so it must be up to date in order for your entry to be accepted.

Don't forget to put your clocks forward this weekend. We loose an hour on Sunday but it will be light until 8pm!!!!!

There is a team dressage competition on 6/4/08 at Jumps. Anyone interested in forming part of a team for Lanark Riding Club should contact Evelyn at suzanneross4@hotmail.com or by phone on 07823776334 asap so that entries can be sent in.

Area 1 and Area 22 have organised a 2 day equine extravaganza on March 15th and 16th at SNEC. The weekend is open to anyone with the focus being on education and awareness and will be jammed full of educational workshops and free demonstrations. Already confirmed are :  Andrew Hamilton, Jo Barry, Les Smith, Horse Ball Demo.

There will also be sessions running on child protection and first aid. The club now needs to appoint a child protection officer so if anyone is willing to attend this training session for the club then please let us know. We also require first aid to be present at our shows so would support members going through the first aid course at this event.
